Prairie Light Review is the College of DuPage art and literature journal. We are a student-run, biannual publication. All material is the work of students and residents of District 502 and has been selected blindly to ensure objectivity. This magazine seeks to celebrate and showcase the creative talents of our diverse community, and inspire those who read it. We are proud to present to you the Spring 2023 edition of the Prairie Light Review!

Calling all authors, artists, and creative minds alike! Want to have your work published? Prairie Light Review is now looking for submissions to feature in its upcoming Spring 2024 issue. Send your work on over to Prairielightreviewsubmissions@gmail.com for a chance to be published in College of DuPage’s very own, award-winning liberal arts magazine!

Are you a student attending College of DuPage? We also offer a scholarship every issue for best student work! The deadline for submissions is February 22nd, so don’t miss out!

BECOME AN EDITOR

Every Fall and Spring semester students enrolled in English 2210 - A three-credit English course - come together as a team of editors tasked with the creation and publication of the next issue of Prairie Light Review. An experiential, editors will gain experience with many different publication techniques, including tracking entries, selecting content, deciding layout, editing copy, distributing the magazine, managing the office, marketing, fundraising, and coordinating special events such as the publication party and open mics.
